Job Title: Director of Youth and Family Ministries (Full time)
Summary: We are seeking a Christ-centered DYFM who will lead, develop, and guide the
Pohick Church youth program (grades 5-12). The DYFM will aid in planning and implementing
Sunday formation classes, nursery care, midweek youth gatherings, and seasonal events (e.g.
Vacation Bible School, Christmas Pageant). The DYFM will strive to encourage children, teens,
and their families to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and will serve as a faithful example
of godly Christian living.
