Again this year, the congregation is being asked to contribute items that will be part of Christmas Food Baskets. The baskets will be distributed within the community to help those less fortunate. The needed items are listed below. A complete basket will feed a family of four. For those contributing a full Christmas meal, please pack it in sturdy cardboard boxes or plastic containers. Christmas donations should be brought to the Common Room on Sunday, December 11 by twelve noon.

4 cans green beans
4 cans peas
4 cans corn
2 lb bag of rice
1 large box of Jell-O
2 cans fruit
2 6 oz boxes of stuffing, no bags
1 large can sweet potatoes
1 bag of marshmallows
5 lb bag of white potatoes
1 cake mix
1 cake frosting
6 10 oz cans of soup, no broth
1 container of peanut butter
1 container of jelly
2 cans of tuna fish
1 box of pasta
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 large box of cereal, 18 oz. or larger
