GUILD OF THE CHRIST CHILD
The Guild of the Christ Child had quite a month! In October, the Guild sponsored the first Friday Fun Night . Those attending enjoyed a lovely evening of great food, conversation, and company. Prizes were even awarded. The Guild hosted an All Saints Party on November 6. Twelve children attended, and it was great fun! Eleven different games were set up, there was food, and lots of enthusiasm! The children paraded around the graveyard and the church with instruments, played games, ate, and enjoyed wonderful social time. Remember to bake an item for the December 12 bake sale. The bake sale will be open after each church service. Please label baked goods “Guild of the Christ Child,” and feel free to price them. The more baked goods received the more funds to benefit the Guild. There will not be an official meeting in December. Instead, there will be an “eat and shop” party on Friday, December 3. Meet at King Street Blues restaurant at Kingstown at 6:00 pm – eat dinner,and then shop. Come join the fun and enjoy a “girly night out.” Guild of the Christ Child is a spiritual group of moms who support one another, listen to each other, and pray for one another.
