During the past year, the Stewardship Commission and Stewardship Committee have presented a variety of articles in the Pohick Post about different aspects of Stewardship. One of the primary responsibilities of this Commission is the education of the membership about Stewardship. Hopefully, some of the information presented was enlightening and thought provoking.

October is the time when the Stewardship Campaign is held. In the next few weeks, annual packets will be distributed along with pledge cards. Think carefully and pray for guidance about the individual amount that can be afforded as a pledge to Pohick Church for 2006. Parishioners will also be speaking to the congregation at all services on the two Sundays before Stewardship Sunday to encourage increased participation. Pledges will be gathered and offered to God on Sunday, October 30.
