2006 Country Fair—Hodge Podge Hodge Podge definitely wants two things - Items and Helpers. Number One - Beginning September 2, articles may be left in the Common Room. Don’t forget “sellable” articles are in good repair, clean, and have all their parts (especially children’s toys). Hodge Podge can only be a moneymaker if “good stuff” is donated. Knick knacks, household items, furniture, tools, toys, and games are great. Donations can arrive as late as Friday evening before the Fair when things are being set up. Remember: It’s better to give than to receive! Number Two - Beginning October 6, people are needed to put up tables, set out items, restock, sell goods, collect money, and clean up. Believe it or not, this is not only fun, but a big money maker at the Fair. Volunteers are needed. A sign-up sheet is located in the Parish Hall or call Jeff or Helen Parker.
