The delicious luncheon that is served at the Christmas Mart is always a big hit. Preparing for the 300 lunches that are served requires a lot of help. Work begins on Saturday, November 12 at 10:00 am with the chopping of the turkey. Please meet in the kitchen and bring a sharp knife. On Wednesday, November 16, food preparation will continue. Any time after 9:00 am, volunteers will be greatly appreciated. Turkey noodle soup is available for all the workers on Wednesday for lunch, which is the official set-up day. Naturally, on Mart Day, volunteers will be needed for the “behind the scenes” work in the kitchen.
