HODGE PODGE The Pohick Country Fair is just one month away. Many have already started to set aside items to donate to Hodge Podge, which is the fall flea market held in the Parish Hall on Fair day. Every year the process evolves just a bit, based on recent trends. Here are some of the guidelines to follow this year. First, who shops at Hodge Podge? Think of the Hodge Podge buyer as a low income, but employed person with children and many young military families. Members of the congregation sometimes buy knick-knacks and higher end goods. What Sells: What DOESN’T
Sell: Please do not bring things that will just have to be thrown
away. Item collection will begin on the first Saturday in September in the Common Room. Watch the Sunday bulletins for further information.
