I am pleased to have the opportunity to work with the EYC again as the Youth Minister. I look forward to a great year of fun and spiritual development. August has been a month of planning and recruiting. We are in the final stages for planning the EYC calendar for 2005-2006 and actively in the process of recruiting EYC advisors for all three groups. EYC will officially kick off on September 11 with a cookout on the Church picnic grounds. After stuffing ourselves with great food, the youth will get together for games and activities. While the youth are having fun and getting to know everyone in their groups, we will have a meeting with the EYC parents to talk about the year and the 2006 Mission Trip.
