It takes more than 200 POUNDS of sugar to make the six big kettles of apple butter produced to sell at the Pohick Country Fair. Last year the generosity of Pohickians was overwhelming, and help is needed again for this year’s apple butter production! To donate five pound bags of sugar to this culinary enterprise, please put them in a grocery sack marked “For Apple Butter,” and leave it in the kitchen.
