Yes, it is only June, but it is never too early to make plans for the annual Christmas Mart. Therefore, this is a call to ALL WOMEN OF THE CHURCH! Please attend a meeting to discuss the 2006 Christmas Mart.

2006 Christmas Mart Planning Meeting

Pohick Church – Common Room Annex

This meeting is for ALL women who have been involved, want to become involved, or just want to learn about the Christmas Mart. As with any successful event, planning ahead makes everything go well. The major purpose of the meeting is to discuss the various rooms/tables at the Mart, any changes/suggestions for the event, and to establish the various chairmen and committees.

There are many ways to volunteer time and talents to this annual event - join one of the committees, make donations of arts and crafts, baked goods, pantry shelf items or frozen casseroles, donate items to Attic Treasures and jewelry, or place items in the Consignment Room. Assist with advertising, decorations, waitressing for the luncheon, or working in the kitchen.
