Thanks to all who supported Spring Cleanup efforts. Many items have been deleted from John Sessums’ wish list of building and grounds projects. This annual event remains essential to the upkeep of the historic Pohick property.

Dozens of special projects remain on the wish list. In addition, the Parish Hall Renovations Committee continues their planning process. Anyone with special carpentry or handyman skills should see John Sessums, the Sexton, Jeff Parker, or Wayne Biggs to obtain more information. 
Luckily, a steam leak within the heating system happened in late winter. This minimized heat within the Church. Church temperature during services may have been much cooler had the leak occurred earlier in the winter. Work will be underway to repair the damaged pipe and the repair company will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience.

Special thanks go to all Eagle Scout candidates, who are exploring opportunities to improve the Church property. The planning process takes time and the Church extends a great effort so the Scout will have a rewarding experience. Many past Eagle Scout projects have provided a long lasting benefit.
