Pohick’s annual Easter Egg Hunts were a great success. A total of 671 eggs were hidden in two different locations. The children had wonderful time, and thankfully the weather cooperated for the event. A special thank you to all of the helpers!

Many wonderful people have volunteered to help in various positions in the Church School next year. These people deserve a great deal of thanks for their commitment to this important ministry. Additional teachers, storytellers, door persons, aides, snacks preparers, and substitutes are still needed. For those interested in being a part of this wonderful endeavor, contact Frances Sessums at 703-339-6572.

This year Vacation Bible School will be held July 11 through July 15 from 9:00 am - 12 noon. The curriculum used will be Gospel Light. The theme this year is year “Kingdom of the Son,” a Prayer Safari. It is based on the Lord’s Prayer. This promises to be a week filled with fun, learning, growth, and fellowship for everyone involved!
