Collecting Greeting Cards

            The Martha Guild will be collecting “greeting cards” in support of a Girl Scout Troop working on their Bronze Award. This project is for a great cause. Many of the U.S. servicemen are located in areas where there is no access to greeting cards to send home. The Girl Scout Troop is collecting an assortment of greeting cards to send them. All varieties of cards are welcome - birthday, thank you, sympathy, get well, thinking of you, graduation, various holidays, congratulations, or even blank cards. The cards can be purchased or contribute unused cards that are lying around the house. Handmade cards are also welcome!

            There will be a box located in the Common Room through April for collection of these cards.
