CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

The preschoolers through fourth grade students had a fantastic Lenten program! Diana Bland did an outstanding job of teaching these students, while making it fun for the children. Thanks also to Elizabeth Bays, a wonderful assistant to Diana.

It is time to plan for next year’s Church School. As part of the planning process, volunteers must be recruited to assist in the church school. This is a very important ministry of the church with many rewards. Teachers, storytellers, door persons, aides, snack preparers, and substitutes are all needed.

Helping in the church school is a very satisfying and enriching experience. Many times, people would like to help but do not have the extra time or perhaps the experience. Many positions require only a few minutes every other Sunday. Training is also available.
