With eight months until Fair time, this event is one of Pohick’s largest fund raisers, and takes a great deal of time and talent to make everything run smoothly. The position of Fair Chairperson is held by Mike Zane, but some critical positions related to the Fair have yet to be filled. The Fair Book is in need of volunteers to take the lead to sell ads and compile text. Typically, one person has accepted responsibility for leading a sales team to sell advertising while another person handles the articles that appear in the Fair Book.

The Country Fair still needs a volunteer(s) that would love to run the biggest yard sale in the County. To run a successful yard sale, this person should have good organizational skills, a keen eye for items that will sell, and an ability to price appropriately.
