During November and December, Pohickians responded to MANY requests for support for Pohick’s outreach efforts.

To recap: Over 500 pounds of food was provided for Thanksgiving Baskets. A Common Room FULL of Christmas food and gifts was provided to Lorton Community Action Center and to New Hope Housing. A crew of elves helped to set up, make music, prepare food, and clean up for the New Hope Housing Christmas Party.

Another crew of elves made merry and served food for the Breakfast with Santa for the LCAC client children.

Thanks to one and all – the help and support contributed to these events helped to make a joyful Christmas for so many in the community.
