Achieving Balance in our Lives

A six-week group offering opportunities to learn more about unhealthy patterns we all form in our lives and how to alter them.
Facilitated by Michelle Booth and offered in her home, five minutes from the church on Sunday evenings.

 Sundays 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Group format will be education paired with opportunities for the group to share their successes and struggles with achieving balance in their lives. 

Michelle is a licensed clinical social worker who currently practices as a family therapist and addictions counselor.  She is an experienced group facilitator and is excited to share current data and clinically proven methods that can benefit us all in achieving balance in our lives and meaningful connections to others and to God
